When your equipment needs to be returned for calibration or repair, you will need to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Your RMA number, issued by Accutech's Application Engineering Group, is an important reference for turning your product around efficiently.
To obtain an RMA number, click here, complete and submit the Return Authorization form. We will process your order and reply via e-mail with your RMA number.
When you receive your RMA, write the number on the outside of your shipping carton as well as on any paperwork sent to Accutech. Also refer to this number when calling with questions.
